We ship to most countries.
Postage & Packaging Charges - UK
Our postage and packing charges are based on weight and so will vary depending on the type, size and number of pictures you order.
- For prints, postage and packing starts at £2.98 for a 24x30cm print. Prints are usually sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Print orders over £75 are posted free of charge.
- Children's Art Frames are usually sent Standard Parcels due to their size and weight. Art Frames are excluded from the free postage over £75 offer
- Canvases are shipped free of charge within the UK.
Bespoke items may incurr additional charges, depending on their weight and size. This will be communicated to you when we discuss your requirements.
Postage & Packaging Charges - International
- Prints are sent using Royal Mail Airmail. The cost will depend on the country to which they are being shipped as well as the size and number of prints ordered.
- Certain of the Children's Art Frames are too heavy to be shipped internationally. This will be indicated in their descriptions.
- Canvases up to a certain size can be shipped internationally - please contact us for details and a quote before ordering.
Please note that if you live in a non EU country you may be liable for customs and excise duty on your purchases.
Timescales
We aim to dispatch print and art frame orders within 3 working days. Personalised orders may take longer. Canvas orders take between 6 - 8 working days. For UK orders, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, to allow for postal delays. International orders can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered and may be subjected to additional customs delays. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Returns and Exchanges
While we are sure you will be delighted with your order, we will refund or exchange items (excluding canvases, personalised or bespoke items) within 14 days of purchase.
Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us, with all packaging and cello wrapping intact. Please include your receipt (this will have been emailed to you). You will need to cover the cost of return postage and there will be an additional postal charge if you exchange an item. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly, we will refund the cost of any postage due.
You will be responsible for the item until it reach us. Therefore, for your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage.
We will contact you once we have received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 28 days for processing the refund or exchange.
Canvases, Personalised and Bespoke Items
We regret we are unable to exchange or refund canvases, personalised or bespoke items unless faulty as they are made to order on an induvidual basis.
