Postage & Packaging Charges - UK
Our postage and packing charges are based on weight and so will vary depending on the size and number of pictures you order. For prints, postage and packing start at £2.87 for a 24x30cm print and all other sizes £3.39. The charges for hand and footprint art may be slightly more as there is the additional cost of dispatching the kit. Prints are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Other items can be sent by standard First Class post. Orders over £75 are posted free of charge. Bespoke items may incurr additional charges, depending on their weight and size. This will be communicated to you when we discuss your requirements.

Postage & Packaging Charges - International
Items are sent using Royal Mail Airmail. The cost will depend on the country to which they are being shipped as well as the size and number of prints ordered. This cost will be calculated for you at checkout. Please note that if you live in a non EU country you may be liable for customs and excise duty on your purchases.

Timescales
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days from placing your order to delivery, to allow for postal delays. For personalised orders, please allow 28 days for delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Returns and Exchanges

While we are sure you will be delighted with your print, we will refund or exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us, with all packaging and cello wrapping intact. Please include your receipt (this will have been emailed to you).

You will need to cover the cost of return postage and there will be an additional postal charge if you exchange an item. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly, we will refund the cost of any postage due.

You will be responsible for the item until it reach us. Therefore, for your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage.

We will contact you once we have received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 28 days for processing the refund or exchange.
