We ship to most countries.

Postage & Packaging Charges - UK
We offer FREE postage and packaging on all items within the United Kingdom.

  • Items will be sent via Royal Mail and they may require a signature on delivery.
  • Urgent orders can be sent Royal Mail Next Day delivery for a small fee - please contact us if you require this option.
Bespoke items may incurr additional charges, depending on their weight and size. This will be communicated to you when we discuss your requirements.

Postage & Packaging Charges - International

  • Prints are sent using Royal Mail Airmail. The cost will depend on the country to which they are being shipped as well as the size and number of prints ordered.
  • We are unable to ship Children's Art Frames and canvases internationally due to their weight.
Please note that if you live in a non EU country you may be liable for customs and excise duty on your purchases.

Timescales
We aim to dispatch prints and art frame orders within 3 working days. Personalised orders may take longer. Canvas orders take between 6 - 8 working days to print prior to dispatch. For UK orders, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, to allow for postal delays. International orders can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered and may be subjected to additional customs delays. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Returns and Exchanges

While we are sure you will be delighted with your order, we will refund or exchange items (excluding canvases, personalised or bespoke items) within 14 days of purchase.

Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us, with all packaging and cello wrapping intact. Please include your receipt (this will have been emailed to you).

You will need to cover the cost of return postage and there may be an additional postal charge if you exchange an item. Postage costs will only be refunded if an item is considered to be faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly.

You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage and postal insurance.

We will contact you once we have received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 28 days for processing the refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event that your item has been damaged in the mail, please ensure you keep the item and all the packaging. Please email us for replacement instructions.

Canvases, Personalised and Bespoke Items
We regret we are unable to exchange or refund canvases, personalised or bespoke items unless faulty as they are made to order on an individual basis.
